Guitarist Marion Schaap and recorder player Stephanie Brandt, though familiar with each other through larger ensemble settings, orbited one another from afar before finally aligning to combine their talents. Their union brings together Brandt's extensive collection of recorders and Schaap's diverse array of guitars, creating a rich and vibrant sonic palette.
This unique pairing of instruments offers a fresh perspective on both traditional and contemporary music. Duo Voyager's performances showcase the versatility of their chosen instruments, pushing boundaries and challenging conventional expectations of what guitar and recorder can achieve together.

Dowland Delight
Een levendig beeld van de sfeer aan het Engelse hof in de vroege 17e eeuw. Van melancholische liefdesliederen tot ondeugende theatermuziek, en van de iconische Pavane Lachrimae tot liederen geïnspireerd door vogels, kikkers en nachtegalen, brengen zij een rijke verzameling kamermuziekstukken ten gehore uit de tijd van de beroemde componist John Dowland en zijn tijdgenoten.
The Wind from the Sea
